What Can Be Returned

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery

Items must be unused, unwashed and undamaged

Original packaging and all tags must be intact

All returns go through a quality check at our warehouse

Items that fail the quality check will be shipped back to you — no store credit will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items

Innerwear, undergarments, swimwear, socks and stockings

Hair accessories and delicate accessories

Custom, made-to-order or personalized outfits

Items marked Final Sale or Non-Returnable on the product page

Refund Method – Store Credit Only

We do not refund to your original payment method - card, UPI, bank account, wallet or COD.

Approved returns are credited as store credit to your Aataa Kidd account

Credit = product value only (shipping + COD charges are not included)

Valid for 12 months from date of issue

Store credit is non-transferable and can be used on future orders

Damaged or Wrong Item Received?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or an unboxing video of the parcel and product.

Send a free replacement, OR

Issue full store credit including the shipping charges paid

Arrange return pickup at no cost to you

Order Cancellations

Cancellations only possible before the order is processed or shipped

Contact support immediately after placing the order if you need to cancel

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled

If already shipped, raise a return request after delivery as per this policy
